Both are configured identically to my "failing" desktop, as far as I can determine. ![]() Both are able to print to the OJP 8710 just fine. I have 2 other computers on the network - a Dell inspiron 11-3000 series laptop with Windows 10 Home, which connects via WiFi, and another Dell desktop (Inspiron 3650) with Windows 7 Professional which connects via Ethernet. I have run through all the HP diagnostic tools and their suggestions, including numerous software/driver uninstall/re-installs. the printer, and access its internal web page, but print jobs never make it. The computer CAN communicate with, get status from, and configure, etc. The only thing I can get it to print is an INTERNAL test sheet attempting to print a test sheet from my computer results in the same no-print behavior. Nothing is "stuck" in the print queue no print queue files remain. If it ever says anything else first, it's too fast for me to see. When attempting to print, the status displayed in the "See what's printing" window is an immediate "Deleting - Spooling" which then disappears. All sharing is enabled and no passwords required. The network is set up for sharing via the same Workgroup name no HomeGroup is set up. My computer is a Dell StudioXPS desktop, Windows 7 Home Premium, also connected to the network via Ethernet. I am unable to print from my computer to a new OJP 8710 (actually 8715 - Costco model) which is connected via Ethernet network (directly connected to router.)
